The Single Cell Detainee Safety Seat simplifies, streamlines and protects officer and detainee during loading and unloading. The system offers complete detainee containment on the vehicle’s passenger side, which allows the officer to retain full factory settings on the driver’s OEM seat and increases storage capacity behind it. The 3-point “Pro-Straint” harness system that allows officers to buckle someone into the single cell without having to reach over the detainee. The lightweight, yet virtually indestructible, AEDEC seat is constructed of molded TPO and polycarbonate materials of 0.220 thickness.

The impermeable, chemically resistant material allows for easy biohazard clean up and sterilization. The complete system includes the AEDEC half front/center partition, the AEDEC half “Pro-Straint” detainee seat, rear seat frame, rear partition (full) and the 3-point harness seat belt. Options include: choice of steel mesh or steel mesh/polycarbonate on the rear partition; and choice of polycarbonate or steel bar window guards.
